Do you believe that employees' social media accounts should be monitored? What are your thoughts about this?

I want to say yes and no because depending on what you do for a living and where you work, people or employees could post stuff that could compromise the company you work for. So I'm one of the fans.

Yes and no, but I think it really depends on the line of business that you're in. Like if you're a server or something, like no, but if you're like in the technology business, then yeah, it really should depend.

So I believe that employee social media accounts should be monitored because you know at that you never know what an employee may leak accidentally or purposely and that comes with liability for the company

No, I honestly feel like your personal life, you know, which is social media, that's your personal life, it shouldn't be monitored, because that's actually pretty uncomfortable that you're being watched at work and then you're being watched after hours. There's no need for you to watch me if you're not paying me.

I'm gonna say no because I feel like no matter what you do, where you go, people always gonna act different at work than you know, than be them true selves.

Yes, but I don't think they should go in depth. I think they should just do a background check like on they should do that on everyone no matter what. But I'm just saying like it doesn't matter. Your social media, that's their personal life.
