Honestly it's been really hard for me because it takes me forever to fall asleep but I think just having a strict routine like if you know you need to work at a certain time you just need to put your phone away and stop banging out any screens like an hour before you try to get into bed
More recently I have been listening to a lot of calming music, like meditation music. I find that that helps me a lot. Or trying to meditate before going to sleep also helps.
