So today I could hear one of my neighbors banging around and I was already awake because there was a storm going on but then I heard a man just go like that's the only way I can explain it he just made like an anger sound a man anger sound there was no words there was no cursing I don't know if he lost it a video game I don't know if he dropped a weight on his foot but my My response was to just cackle laugh as loudly as I could to make sure he knew that I was hearing him and laughing at him.
