So do you know the freezer hack for pumping it's basically you just instead of washing your parts after every pump you just put them in the refrigerator but I recently read that it is not recommended and that we should be washing them after every pump it's just a lot of work if you want to do that I think I would do that if my babies were Born before the time before the T-shirt I've been born but I still continue to do it might change after though

I never really heard of that but I know like pumping and washing your parts afterwards it's always a hassle but I feel like it's something that needs to be done right after every session.

Yeah it really is a lot of work having to clean and wash everything but like I said I think it's something essential and yeah I do too

I used to do that when I was especially at work pumping because I have my mini fridge so that's where I would keep them. Every time I would pump it was the only way for me to to kind of keep them a little bit more sound tight.

Yeah her friend tell me I'll put your pumps in the fridge so that you don't have to rinse them out or all the stuff but like you said you looked it up and I did too and even without looking it up to me it just felt like you

I just feel like you should still wash it and when I looked it up and confirmed that you should still wash them and not put them in the fridge It made more sense so definitely do not recommend that either
