I think it's really easy to accuse an ex of things like narcissism and gaslighting because you're still upset about a breakup. But if it's actual gaslighting, I think that's way sketchier than someone with trust issues.

The biggest red flag for me is that he is still texting some other girls or that he is active on dating apps while he is in the relationship with me.

That means that he is basically not content with who I am and what he has and that he is basically searching for more options.
