well I would get those men adviced right so you're allowed to have your opinion you're allowed to like somebody's smile you're allowed to like somebody's personality but what you cannae do, is you cannae just, judge judge a person on that you need to look at their experience you need to look at how well you would think and biasedly, you would think they could do at that job

If you're working in a shop then I would say those two work massively But other than that if you were getting at the uni, if you were getting at the actual real full-time job I would say you can count that as a bonus a smile and a good personality but you have to look at your experience and how well you do
