If you really love somebody else and please somebody else to do what you want them to do for you for themselves then yeah you'll never in any type of, shape or form in that situation ever be loved even by yourself

If you are ever in a situation where you feel like you have to do those things just to get appreciation, not love, but appreciation for what you're doing for them, that's not a relationship. That's someone that wants you to follow them, worship them, and be treated like trash to them. Get out of there. Don't be in a relationship like that. It's toxic. Love you.
