unhappiness. So, I think that in the search for our happiness, we may not account for the happiness that we have to toil for or work at and the one that comes from inside and that we may write off little minor things, external things as innocent and And not really that kind of a big deal because we just want to be happy or we have a moment of happiness. But I think about what about the compounding effect of that when we continue to write off these ordeals and ignore or not toil at to actually find that happiness from within. And I think another thought that came to me later on was like, it's not really the individual individual that we're just talking about we're looking into but it's also like the progression that we're making on a societal scale um with certain things the direction and what we give our time to and how these things are becoming such such a big part of so many people's lives like for every minute of of every day and I think it takes away from from that the the point the the point of like um what that that search for happiness and it's not totally so yeah it's not all about like that is to like oh you're wrong and this is wrong but it's more about like missing the point that it is an internal internal um oil or work
