Hello, good afternoon. Uh, I wanted, I, I'm coming to share today on instincts and I think the reason is because sometimes instincts are, um, just, um, kind of not taken very seriously. and I want to share that I was thinking that they're more than just impulses. Sometimes we may find that they're rooted in reason and or logic but the interesting thing is if we try to figure out or find out why what drove us to come to feel that way or get to that instinct, we might find that it's not always necessarily rooted in truth. But I think that through that digging or that finding, we can see or come to figure out something that we are or might be interested in which can set us on the path, if we pay pay attention to it to figure out or get an answer to some higher truth. So I guess they kind of can work to help us get to a place.
