This one goes for anyone and or everyone, um, also for anyone that's, uh, had any sort of like, um, maybe like things overcome, maybe pertaining to anxiety or something like that. So like if this is about like when you're out and about and like reclaiming your space and, um, if people won't give you what they need is how I like or how I've been wording it, then you take what But you need like you claim that space and you let people know and not verbally or anything. But it's just like by doing what you need to do for yourself, meaning like I'm sorry, but it comes down to like ignoring people if you have to do that, because if they're not giving you your space, not respecting you, respecting your space or right to privacy, things like that. And you can actually you don't have to respond to anything that anyone does, especially in the street, people that you don't know. You just do what you need to do for yourself. And I think eventually the respect will come because people will see that, okay, well, this person's obviously like, you know, doing this. So it does get better.
