Okay, Google says you're only supposed to take in 400 milligrams of caffeine per day my question is how important is caffeine to you on a day-to-day basis and And how often do you abuse that 400 milligram limit?
Need caffeine but if you want to get some lower amounts you could go for white tea and green tea or you can go with a little bit of kombucha or do the mud water
Hey bro you gotta get here by the PSD up if they have to everything you asked him a question with are you a beautiful honeymoon bro do you know small Gramsey you came by with milligrams everybody heart attack up here ain't nobody planning to do that bro get out of that
Bro are you have three coffees a day asking for pre-workout and that's pretty much it well I guess we going to be day I'll try that one fucking kill me
Oh I was drinking with wood and that I had a bad caffeine addiction honestly I just like 200 mg a day now maybe even less the shit bad for you though addictive as hell
I have coffee every day, however I have only two coffees, one in the morning and sometimes one in the afternoon So I think I'm fine. It's not too much.
I'm gonna be totally honest with you. I've always seen this word in like coffee shops and places and stuff on menus, but I don't know what a cup of chino... I don't even know what that is.
I don't know what 400 mg is but my grandma who lived to 101 had 2 cups of coffee a day her entire life and sometimes it was a good espresso and sometimes the cheap instant coffee so I don't worry about coffee intake I just follow up my grandma dead
I'm gonna be totally honest with you. She was probably nowhere near 400 milligrams of caffeine with just two cups of coffee depending on how big or small those cups was.
Personally I don't feel like I need caffeine you know I usually go almost every day without you know like drinking a coffee or a tea or what not so yeah I don't think I I really need it personally.
