So, not everyone had the luxury of leaving. Now, this woman, obviously, she's in a car, I don't know if this is that woman, but a lot of people can't afford to leave. Where are they gonna go? I mean, I guess you could sleep in your car in a parking lot for a week. A lot of people don't have cars and are extremely poor. Evacuation has always been a luxury.
