After you take a nap, do you feel well rested or disoriented?

For me, I think they do sometimes depending on the time of the day and I think it's best if you do it around like 10 a.m. Up to 2 p.m.

So I personally find that 10am up to 2pm is a good time frame for naps. And on the other hand, 4pm onwards is a bad timing for me for taking naps because I would feel disoriented and very tired.

You know there's a new study showing that people who take naps are more likely to have Alzheimer's disease. Check it out, it's not disinformation.

Actually, I never take naps during the day because if I do, then at night time it's not possible for me just to fall asleep quickly. So I don't do it often.

I feel well rested especially if I take like a good like 20 minute nap that's more of a professor rather than taking her along like our Napa Napa, groggy

It depends on how long the nap is because I'll be taking five minute naps and those will be smacking I'll be feeling a little bit more energized, but let's sleep like two three hours as a nap I don't sleep very well and I wake up groggy.

Yeah, I feel ready to go, you know, whatever is ready to be done needs to be done be a bit more easier because I've got the power now, but the sleep that night is going to be impossible.

I don't take that soon a day because otherwise I find it difficult to sleep at night.

Leonardo da Vinci used to take a lot of naps. They used to call it polyphasic sleep. And he was a genius. I don't take naps. I'm no genius.

I feel like when I take a nap, it makes me more sleepy. So I'm ready to go to bed after the nap. So something like that.

No, naps during the day just make you even more tired sometimes.
