Is there anybody that like suffered with sciatic nerve pain during the pregnancy and what did you do to help with the pain I'm currently basically 37 weeks and it's going to the point where I physically cannot do any of the house work around the house I've used heat press I've use some cold press I've taken Tylenol cause healing I can take I've done stretches and nothing is helped I've fallen three times in the last two weeks because of the weather and I'm just I'm over it guys

I had the same thing when I was pregnant all the like the heat the cold the Tylenol didn't work but I did notice that sometimes if I would be like sitting on the couch

For laying in bed, I would have a pillow in between my legs and also like sometimes underneath my hip as well and that helped us a little bit, not too much.

And then also a massage might help you to like just to like relax and like get your like mind off of it because I know like when I was dealing with that like that's all I thought about was the pain and then when my husband will give me a massage

I felt a little bit better and it helped and it definitely took my mind off the pain for a little bit.

Yes my mom actually gave me a certificate for Christmas for a massage I just I haven't booked it yet because I have to find the time and I really need to do that for baby gets here

I literally had it so bad when I was pregnant and I could never figure out anything like to help at all like is definitely rough so I will be looking through these comments

For me a heating pad actually really helped I would use it mainly like at night time when I went to bed for sure and then if the pain just got super bad to the point I couldn't bear anymore I would sit down and you
