Hey everybody. Hey, this is sister crystal here, creator of House of Pi House of Protect Your Energy. I have a question. Are hosts when you host a show, are the host responsible to make people feel comfortable when attending their live shows? I know that we're we can't control what other people do or say, but are the host responsible for making people feel comfortable in their shows. Feel free to express your opinion. And this is just a question. Okay. I I appreciate everyone that participates. Thank you so much.
I don't think it's our job as Cuds of Creators to make anyone feel comfortable in the room unless I've scheduled like an interview or we schedule a show together. Of course, make the panel feel comfortable. But as far as the people, if you're not feeling it, you can always slide away.
I would say yes in terms of controlling the room for the sake of disrespect but most people don't so that's why I sometimes just got a pick and choose the spaces you go into
Hey, Twixty baby, hey, you are so right. And that is, you hit the nail on the head and the point that I was trying to make with this. Unfortunately, most people don't, They don't care if people are disrespected.
Hey again, Twixty Baby. Yeah, most of them don't do it unless it's somebody they consider a friend and the person is being disrespected, I guess they're like, well, they don't care much for your support, I guess.
I don't think you need to make them feel comfortable to create a safe space where people can talk, yes. But they can get uncomfortable during the conversation. That's not your job. If they get uncomfortable, they can leave.
I don't think people have to be like, lately rude to people in their audience. So, in that case, no. I think people just need to go and show us that they like the topic for.
Hey, Coco. Hey, I agree with you. Yeah, people should go on the shows that they like the topic. They shouldn't go on the shows that they disagree with the topic to the point of being disrespectful. So thank you.
Hey, Sister Crystal, I'm going to say no uncomfortable only because we might be having an uncomfortable conversation that some people may not be comfortable listening or talking about. But respect, respect my panel, respect my listeners, and we're good.
Hey, Bre talks. Hey, okay. I see where you're coming from. If you're having an uncomfortable conversation and people be uncomfortable. Yeah, you can't be responsible for people being uncomfortable with a conversation that you're having.
Hey, Bre talks hey. Yeah, and I agree and you know when people are being disrespected but I was also talking in terms of the audience that people are being disrespectful in the audience and the host would be able to stop it.
Oh, it is absolutely my responsibility as the host of that chamber to make sure that the panel members as well as the listening party down in the basement feel respected. We don't have to agree with each other's opinions, but we must show respect. It's required in my chambers. Comfortability is not.
Even if that means there are two people down in the basement party that are having opposing opinions They still must show respect while discussing those opinions. this respect will get you kicked out.
It just depends. I feel like if you are a host of something or if you are part of like a clubhouse or even a stereo or things like that. like that, like you need to have your conversations and it has to have flow. That's why I believe in having a docket because then the audience will be able to engage
Hey Greg, hey. Okay, that's interesting you say it depends. So I'm wondering what what does it depend on but well thank you for your response. I appreciate it.
I don't think they're responsible but I do know that if people don't feel comfortable they just won't watch so I think it's in the best interest of the host to make people feel comfortable by
Hey, Liva Milaneo. I hope I'm saying it correctly. I agree. It is in their best interest to make the the audience feel comfortable. Thank you for responding.
I think the hosts are responsible for making the people that they vibe with feel comfortable. like because people are making the choice to come into their room right?
Hey song dreamer. Hey first thank you so much for responding. You're saying that they're responsible for making the people they vibe with comfortable. That is very interesting response. But thank you.
And so if they're making the choice to come into the room then they're making the choice to listen to whatever content the host has right and People have their own opinions, right? So some things are going to make listeners uncomfortable, no way around it.
Our house by our house responsible for making people feel comfortable in your life shows him I think so especially if you have people that are there I'm answering questions and maybe you have some ideas Riley or disrespectful I think you get rid of that person and make it
Hey there diamond hey hey there um yeah I agree if someone's being rowdy and disrespectful they're making it bad for other people. So yeah, we got to get them out. Thank you.
