Respect mostly comes from loyalty. Loyalty is hard to find, you can get respect off the street. But loyalty, that's something insane.

I much prefer to have people's respect than their loyalty, because respect is open and in tune to relationships that is not forced like loyalty as a subject to a sovereign.
