Hey what vitamins do you guys take and what's your night routine or watch a daily routine

So I have a very simple routine. I just take a woman's one a day and I drink the bloom nutrition and that's about it. I do that every morning.

Basically I get up in the morning at seven o'clock and I need to be out the door by 7 10 and I'm leaving at 7 0 5 So I take my vitamins brush my teeth and get dressed in four minutes and then I have a minute to spare every morning.

Cuz I'm from the UK, I would take vitamin D because we don't get much sun here. Vitamin B12 and magnesium slash zinc. and before bed I try and take some CBD, really does the trick for me.

All most vitamins on the market too is Create Expensive P. They have low bioavailability in the first place, and then everything under the sun blocks their absorption.

All I take is a heme iron supplement because I tend to run anemic, but I do want to find a good vitamin that's been proven to actually do something and have a high bioavailability.

As far as vitamins, I take a one a day. I take D3 and I take some Omega 3. and my daily routine is shower, brush teeth, moisturize, out the door.
