Yes, yes, they completely are. You gave your child a phone. You decided not to give them, what do you call it, parents, uh, put parental control on the phone, right? And when they started watching stuff like killing people and then they went out to kill people, who is there to blame? You. You're the one to blame. You gave your child a phone. You didn't control what your child was seeing. So yes, I do think parents are responsible for what they see on social media.

No, the parents aren't responsible. The society is. A parent can't keep a child from nothing that the society presents to the people of the society. As a child whose mother tried to keep certain things from us, we always found some way to get it. It was just that if you don't want a child to have something, don't present it to the society. That's how that works.
