The only thing that sucks about this question is that in the US our treatment and our punishment are both not great systems you know so you almost have to kind of like imagine like the utopian best-case scenario of treatment and punishment and I do believe there are some people where punishment is what

yeah so while I do believe that there are certain people it's a number of people that punishment is actually going to be the thing to get through the through to them because everyone is different however a lot of times the punishment for drug charges is just like disproportionate and overall yeah I would definitely I do think treatment is a better option for the majority of individuals
