How often do you go to the gym once a week twice a week three times a week like how often do you go to the gym or just like workout either at home or do some sort of work out
Honestly, I used to go like five or six times a week, but I just stopped over summer break or something and just never went back. So I'm trying to get into the habit of going again.
Oh shit, like the minimum is probably three or four days a week. Like if I can go five days a week, that's ideal. Like that's the best. but like three or four days a week does the trick.
