I've never tried like an actual full on social media detox why don't use it at all like a certain period of time spent as well if I limit my use where I put the screen time my phone but a different rap
I feel like it's hard to do a complete social media detox just because it's how I keep in touch with a lot of family members but I do try not to be on it as often like I'm really pretty much just on TikTok when I'm bored but I don't really post
I've done it before and I really enjoyed it when I did it, but now unfortunately I I can't really do a detox, which sucks because I would like to do one.
I would highly suggest try managing it before taking a detox because you know you don't want to get into conditioning yourself and abusing yourself so you know go little by little with trying to take her out of social media and just keep it that way
