The cold showers are good for your mind and your body in the morning, but I really don't care. I'd rather have a hot nice bath to relax at night and then just kind of go to sleep like that in the perfect condition

I take a bath to relax and afterwards I just rinse off quickly with a shower. So they're really not disgusting and scientifically they're supposed to help you sleep because your body temperature is supposed to drop a certain degree.
