mental health check. um I am not doing well. I actually am going to be calling my therapist on Monday and seeing if I can start coming like every week instead of like once a month because this time in between has been like death defying and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna start the Solaf or whatever they prescribe me, you know, I hate taking medication but there's no way I can continue thinking the way I've been thinking the past couple days. So wish me luck, but I hope you're doing well. So this is a safe place if you need to talk about it.
I remember being on Zoloft and that was a medication that made my thoughts so much worse and that one didn't work for me. It may be different for you. I hope it's different for you.
And I just want to tell you this just in case if you are having the thoughts where you're blaming yourself for you going to therapy once a week instead of once a month.
Then, you know, it is completely okay. I just want to tell you that I remember the adjustment of going to therapy once a week to once a month and that was very, very nerve-wracking and it was hard.
I sometimes go twice a week because I call my therapist and I'm like, yeah, I need to talk to you again. but you're not alone and to stay strong, you got this.

If you feel like you need to go sooner and that you need to call her on Monday, then that's what you need to do. coming from someone that has been in therapy for four years, I want you to get all the help that you can get.

well I'm sorry you went through that that sounds scary and that's part of the problem why I don't like taking medication is because I feel like it could like cause damage or like alter something or the fact that I would have to be on it for the rest of my life or something.
