Do you prefer to work out with a partner without me really depends on what I'm working out like leg day I love to work out with a friend so I'm able to move the weights fast and then other days like back or chess just solo I don't need you holding me back
I prefer to work out with somebody else like especially somebody like stronger than me bigger than me that way you get like in my head I always get like that sense of like competition and just to keep up that way I can push myself further
Yeah I definitely feel that on days like I want to go heavier definitely want to go with a friend who's better going to have you than me for that it for that exact reason cause little inside competition ever hurt
I'm not gonna lie, I kind of adjusted to working out alone, because honestly, I have headphones in, I don't really care. But at the same time, if I bring my brother with me, that'd be pretty cool, because I can like teach him how to work out too. But like, I don't know. I've done it once and it was like, he was kind of doing something.
Yeah, if you don't have a focus partner, well, you're gonna be easily distracted or I like me I just get annoyed like get the fuck out of my way, please
Um, I've never worked out with a partner before so I don't know I think I'll try it But as long as they don't distract me from my actual workout, then I think I'd be open to it. I try it.
I prefer to work out alone. I've tried working out with my boyfriend or even when we go to the gym like I just like prefer doing separate things like it's my time. I like being in the zone. I like being focused I don't like talking while I'm working out. No.
It depends because if we're working out the same thing then I find with working out with my partner or even with a friend But if we're doing different days, I feel like I get too distracted like I'd rather just do my own thing
Man, I can't choose one or the other. I have my moments when I want to be in my zone. And then I have my moments where, yeah, I want to kick it and work out with another person and we can have some friendly competition and motivate each other.
I typically prefer to work out without a partner but when I'm lifting heavy and I just want the company, a partner does help me just to push harder than I would alone.
