Aside from this pose being a great stretch for your lower back it also help circulation and your digestion so just having your feet up like this for like 3 to 5 minutes can really have a bunch of benefits to your inner body right so digestion is a big one and also gets it's a really good stretch for your hammy's and glutes I like to do this after leg day and this is how I finished off my yoga sessions set of like in Savasta now where are you just laying down I put my feet up on the wall and take that time to get the Stretchin I truly love it
If you put your ankle over your knee and like it's almost like you're in a sitting position that's a really good lower back stretch to it like stretches the glutes the hammy's and the lower back I hope I'm explaining that right
