Has anyone done a juice cleanse I have never done one I've really considered doing them in the past at least like a three day one but the way that I smoke in the way that I eat I feel like I would just be a raging bitch or just not it would just not go well but that could just be me and my head has anyone actually done it and felt amazing

I have done a juice cleanse. I did a three-day one and it was super hard. I was hungry. I had a headache, but I felt good and I felt like it served its purpose. I feel like in moderation they're cool.
