Absolutely nothing. Like literally nothing at all. I have never eaten a single vegetable in my life before and I'm about to be 15. Which is really sad.
You should definitely start eating your vegetables. There are so many like actually really good food like recipes that have vegetables in it and honestly once you go there you will not go back.
I will add that once I did start eating my like vegetables and fruits and just healthier like foods in general and started working out a lot more I noticed my eyesight got better and my doctor actually told me that my prescription changed.
Please tell me what kind of vegetables. I really need to know. I used to be so skinny. Like actually, now I'm like, like basically 200 pounds at this point. I don't know how, but I just am I know.
Oh my god, that's okay. I was never 200 pounds, but I'm a girl and growing up I was always overweight but what changed literally my life was just eating better and honestly counting my calories or at least making better choices.
There's a ton of recipes on TikTok and stuff that you can get really good ideas, but I really like roasted asparagus, roasted bell peppers, a lot of people don't like, what's that called, like carrots and stuff like that, but you can roast.
OK I actually respect that because I understand I also started eating vegetables quite late but I'm a tell you something dude that's a red flag for a lot of girls in the future if you don't eat vegetables in your 20s you're gonna get canceled by the girls and try to date or guy
When you put God first, everything starts to make sense and everything starts to align. The control is in his hands, not in my hands, and life has become a lot more easier. And I've gotten a lot more healthier because of it.
Thinking back to when I was 276 pounds, now I'm back down to 230, 240. So anytime I think about that, It's just like, oh, yup, nope, can't go back to that.
I'm in the same pool as you right now and I'm like beginning my journey so I'm gonna use this as like I'm motivated to looking back at how much I lost.
wow that's amazing good job yeah that's huge and yeah it's amazing when we go through a transformation like that how it just like imprints in our body that we cannot go back to that way that we were before
Well, I'm on the beginning of my journey because I'm tired of feeling like shit, but I can't wait to leverage the point you are. It'll be a beautiful experience and I'll make sure I don't go back.
If I'm being completely honest, just looking in the mirror. Like, anytime I looked in the mirror that whole day, I would just eat healthy because I absolutely hated how I looked and now I'm just happy with myself because I lost a lot of weight.
I'm kinda dealing with that right now so I decided to go on a journey to Little's Way too but I haven't begin yet but I'm gonna start soon but I can't wait to see the results.
I love how your cravings are healthy choices because my cravings are like so bad. It's like candy, chips, and stuff like that. but I'm going to work on changing it to healthy stuff.
I've gotten a lot of responses from people saying that their kids really motivate them just so that they can keep up with them, be better parents, etc.
Yeah, that's actually worded a lot better than what I originally wrote, but that's kind of what I meant. From being able to keep up with them and then just like having the energy to want to do fun things to create memories for all of us as a family.
I always say how you are on the inside reflects how you are on the outside. So for me, honestly, when I look good, I feel good. When I feel good, I look good. So that's what motivates me, truthfully.
