I am absolutely falling in love with running the last few weeks. I got sick for a little while and had to take a break, but I just did a pretty small run today and just feel so much better and I just love running so much. It's like I get just in this zone where like the rest of the world just can't touch me. I really love running and if any of you love running too, I'd love to know why If you have any tips on training for half marathons as well.
This is amazing I love running as well I love running on the treadmill I love like sprinting like going as fast as I can and then kind of like doing like a more of a speed walk in sprinting and just like just getting my sweat on and that's what I love to do to
That actually sounds so nice and I want to say that I could not run like I'm just not fit enough but also I am sure I could but do you colour like practice makes perfect I can train I can train to run but it actually sounds like kind of nice so if you give me some of your favourite running tips to make it a little more enjoyable
I just started running on a treadmill and I was just like I start at like five minutes I'd like to five minutes alone or I would like a ride is it like stop and walk it like colour just do that and then I started jogging which is just like in the middle which is like how you keep up your keep up your pace and don't break yourself out so I just woke up I like starting spa and I feel like everybody can run
