My full priority in my life is to have the time to take care of my health and it's not always easy to find the time. There's a lot of ways that we can get busy but I'm wondering if you feel like you have the time to prioritize your health and do you make the time to prioritize your health?
Do I make time for it? I set up workout classes, go for hikes with friends, do different things. So it just depends, but you got to make time if it's something you want to do and if it's something important to you, make time for it and do that so for sure.
Yeah I guess it depends on what aspect of health you're referring to I really try to prioritize my fitness holds my eating habits so not so much it's hard because I have two little ones and I don't always get a chance to eat and then I end up like pretty much been cheating and just eating like crap food because I'm starving so that's some thing I'm definitely working on him and then I also try to Do you like my skin care stuff
And then along with my skin care stuff I try to just take care of myself and to keep myself like maintain because I just feel a lot better when you know I get my eyebrows done or I get my nails done not even like like all that just like trends in a nice color or something you know I mean nothing crazy and then also prioritizing my water intake so I don't know if that's also a diet but like I feel like if I if I focus on one thing something else to please like I don't give enough attention to do it but it's hard
It definitely is hard to eat with little ones but you Gotta make sure you're eating really nourishing food it'll help you keep up with that but so much easier but it's really amazing that you're you keep up with your fitness and keep taking care of yourself all over
