When you guys are having protein shakes do you have it with water or milk and a lot of people they do have it with water I've tried both but I just feel like it takes a lot of milk so me personally I have milk but let me know if you guys I am either do milk or water and if it is water how did you kind of get introduce or is there a big difference
I like adding all my milk and my protein shakes. Sometimes water, but I find all my milk just tastes better. It blends better, makes it kind of more creamy and fresh. So that's what I like and then also a bit of protein powder banana sometimes like cocoa powder as well
I actually do a little bit of both I do alkaline Kangen water and I do unsweetened organic almond milk depending on the texture that I want if I want more like a juice fresh smoothie then I'll use mostly water but if I want more like a milkshake texture then I'll use unsweetened organic almond milk
