Mill prepping, what's your thoughts on that? I just feel like it sometimes can feel like it's very time consuming and a waste, like I said, a waste of time. But I do feel like it is very imperative to do at certain times another thing, a flavour of fatigue, But to work your way around it, you can have like even if you're having for the next seven days chicken, but you can have chicken with certain other things to compliment it. I just feel like it's a lot easier. You know exactly what you're eating, what the macros are. and in the long run it makes it a lot more simpler.
So I like to meal prep my breakfast and lunch just so that I have that structure for most of the day when I'm at work I'll have that and some snacks and then when I get home I like to have some thing different for dinner that I just kind of fit around him whatever my league planned calories are macros were for that day
It's good to meal prep because then you guy have like you're committed to what you're gonna eat because you've already made it so it's you're committed to what you're gonna eat if you don't meal prep then you're just gonna think I want to eat this you need some graveness and it's not good for your health, especially after a workout.
