So I have a lot of protein sources in my diet like chicken steak beef and stuff like a lamb the only thing I don't eat is pork or like poultry products but what do you guys eat for your protein sources
Yeah I'm the same way I also don't eat pork as much of a bacon when I go up it's not that often recently I've been eating a lot of turkey I love lamb I'm Indian so if you know biryani I'm sure you do Bryany chicken biryani but it really is like my favorite and so I'm grateful that I'm not vegetarian but I really don't know what I would do as a gym girly finish girly without all the meat in my life
