What's your most favourite healthy meals to prep at home for me personally I think my most favourite meal to prep is the most definitely pasta pasta with chicken that's because it is a really high calorie density and a lot of protein and low carbs so I think I'm good all-round music specially as I'm aiming to gain a lot of lean muscle so the bulk is so meant to be going in the right way but that's me pussy over you guys
That sounds really good my favorite meal it's pretty quick and easy I was ground turkey and then cauliflower rice frozen cauliflower rice I add enchilada sauce I just add some veggies in there other than the cauliflower so like onions peppers and then I use a little bit of salsa It's a really good like way for me to save on my carbohydrates and super healthy
That is good I do you like turkey but you could I shower substance that is something black I love you and I love vegetarians do you prefer not to have me as I find a little bit surprising but you have to respect everyone's values so yeah I think I don't know maybe like a try something else sometime
