I have been hearing about losing weight with just juice right but I don't know if that means you don't eat at all and you just have juice I mean smoothies right. The one I know about is when people do a meal replacement so if you eat three times a day you replace one of the meals with a smoothie let's call it a smoothie or a juice smoothie juice right. If you eat twice a day you replace one of the meals with a smoothie or juice that makes sense to me, right? But I've seen 10 days weight loss juice smoothie I don't know if people do not eat at all and we all they drink all day is some juice and smoothie I don't know. I think that's the same thing. That's a lot of sugar, right? And I love running to the toilet, but hey people do so many crazy things. So which one have you heard of guys? Let me know.
Those juices, I think they do help but it's not the whole solution to the problem. So, I would say at the end of the day, it won't bring you the results you want, but it depends on each body.
I have heard about this but the thing that I would say is it it's kind of like a detox like a cleanse you know the average human being has like 10 to 20 pounds of poop in their intestines because they're not pooping multiple times a day like we're supposed to poop every time we eat you know I mean on and the other aspect that is like the inflammation so a lot of the weight loss stuff isn't really fat it's just inflammation
