So this is a really simple way to basically infuse your water to add something to it, make it more you know like appetizing and hopefully get you a drink more water. Just find your favorite fruits, slice them up and put them in your water. You know your water bottle, your tumbler, your yeti, whatever, your your glass and you know over time the juices and nutrients and flavors will come out of the fruit into your water and you know it's drinking basically like water but healthier you know because it's got more nutrients in it from the produce. So yeah, get it out and try and see how you like it.
Drinking bubbly or adding lemon, lime or like water flavoring into my water, I find it makes it taste better And it's just more refreshing and then now it's so plain and boring There are a few ideas to do that.
Oh yes water is very bland only get my girlfriend makes me drink it all the time and I think her but we got propel and did you actually know that it's a lot healthier than drinking Gatorade because it has I think the same amount of electrolytes or more but it has like barely any sugar it's just a lot more healthier and it doesn't make your mouth as sticky and after you drink Gatorade it's kind of sticky
This is good this is a really good I deafly need to tell my mom that because she has an addiction to soda is there a OK I'm not really familiar with these types of substitutes to add into water these droplets but do you know of one that'll give a soda feeling that all kind of carbonated
This is such a great tip. Like I am not a water drinker. You would have to, um, I don't know, almost pay me to drink water. That's how much I don't drink water on a daily. But yes, I agree. I can cut up strawberries and blueberries and I would drink the heck out of my water
