So last week I wanted to work out Monday through Friday and getting back to working out daily. I only made three days but I was proud of myself for that. So this week I didn't work out today because I just did not have the time so I'm gonna go for four days this week and I'm also moving this week and packing So I'm not gonna let that keep me from working out and we're just going to take it one day at a time.
I think five days is a great goal, but yeah, don't be so hard on yourself if you're really busy this week and you're moving and stuff. Four days is great. I personally, I was just working out three days a week strength, strength training and then like going on walks and doing yoga the other days. And I'm doing four days a week right now and like that's fine Like that's honestly enough as long as you're working hard during your workouts
