Now that we are approaching spring or in spring, I'm not sure yet. Did anyone make resolutions in January and have you kept them? If so, what's been something you've done or what's been your key to keeping them? Personally, I didn't make no resolutions. I don't believe in resolutions. I think if you're going to do something, do it. And if you don't do it, then you just try again. Like me with my my fitness goals, you know, I've gone to the gym and stopped several times before and I'm starting again and I'm not gonna Be too down about the past the past the past we can't change that all we can do is be and do we want to do now So yeah, chime in.
I would say People do not keep up with those New Year's resolution it's just hype of him you know new life new year and all that stuff but they clearly cannot keep up
Beginning of January I started dieting. I committed to like not eating rice but as an Asian person that's very hard so now I am back to eating rice. So basically know I did not keep my resolution. It's sad, but I'm trying to work towards it again.
