So when I first started getting into fitness and working out in the gym I for some reason thought that I had to be doing like 9 to 10 workouts per left and I quickly realized I was wrong and now I only do 3 to 4 workouts per lift but a lot of those workouts will be isolating muscle groups or like working till failure or involving like some sort of super sets so what do you guys think is like the optimal trading range
I like to take an elf bar and to smoke nick and also like to hang out with people who also smoke nick and smoke nick with them and sometimes I'll get high with them.
So yeah, I usually plan in like three or four five if I have more time But usually by the fifth by the fifth like exercise or whatever like I know I'm not performing as well as I should be So usually like I keep it to like three If I'm working other muscle groups that I've been doing hip workouts a lot lately I'll like superset it so I'll do like three Hit workouts that are like mainly lower body focus and then I'll do like three hip workouts that are core focus and like super set though.
