So in my opinion fitness is not just physical I feel like mental fitness is also a very huge factor so what are some things that you guys do to improve your mental health for me I like to do a lot of meditating and journaling or just hanging out friends and letting loose and not necessarily always in the gym but wanted to know you guys to start
Am I see a therapist I also like so analyze myself and try to process feelings you know if if I'm going through some thing to go in my apartment and go walking around the city I exercise now Also eating like healthier makes me feel good so that's a good thing and I'm just checking on myself and seeing what I really need and making sure that you know I'm attentive to that and do and do that
You're right because your mental health affects your physical health by a lot and I'm not saying one is better or like one is more important than the other but I'd rather die happy then I'm fat so But what you can do is you can I meditate and you can like take some self-care days and like you can take some time away from people you know like take some time to yourself
I'm not trying to make this long but this is really important your physical health can affect your mental health to like if you don't eat really healthy things are like this and that I don't know like when I don't feel physically well I don't feel mentally well if that makes sense
Fitness is a key key thing however you should also relax enjoy life and build relationships because you can't just be doing life on a solo thing you need family friends around you and I don't care what anyone says you also need God God is the main crucial thing on helping you get through your mental health problems no matter what anyone says
What improves my mental health is definitely like praying a lot, like and spending time with people, having autonomy over my time, yeah so like lots of social interaction and and being like active and fit that massively and praise moment to health, yeah.
What are some things you do to improve yourself I try to stretch in the mornings for like that helps you know yeah sure I think stretching is a good one
I can't like one thing that actually improves you man. I don't know. Just, you know, just whip it out sometimes and play around with it. You know what I mean? and we are stressing penguins away. Easy me.
