Yeah, one more question. Do you guys like to take road trips together? Like, do you guys feel like the road trips just like make you guys feel closer? And when I'm talking about road trips, I'm talking like driving like hours at a time and like talking about deep stuff or like, do you guys just like to maybe just chill at home and like, you know, watch movies or whatever? Um, I feel like both. I'm not even gonna lie. I'm gonna say both. I feel like, um, we're definitely the type to like love watching movies together. But also we don't mind a good road trip. Like we both like to drive. And so I guess that makes things better, but traffic in LA is so shitty. So I feel like it would have to be not going towards the city, like it would have to be going more like just traveling to like another state like to Vegas or to Washington, whatever. Right? What about you guys?
That's so cute. Yes, for sure. Road trips. It's just nice to get a different scenery, so for sure. And then it's like, you know, once you guys settle in, um, yeah, shit. It gets like right back to cuddling and like chilling, chilling out and eating some snacks or you know, whatever.
I feel you there. I feel you there. Definitely cuddles, especially when it's like, you know, cloudy outside. that you can just chill, maybe drink some hot cocoa, for sure.
I mean, I prefer both. A nice little road trip is not bad. If anything, I like a road trip where you stop. I don't like just driving, driving, driving. Because I guess tiring, you know. Like a road trip I can stop off. Eat some, like you get, eat some nice food. She's like that, then go home and then cut up.
I also see this side too going on road trips and absolutely you definitely have to stop especially for like a pee break or to get some food or just to stretch your legs. So yeah.
I'm just gonna keep responding to your stuff. So Dustin and I like to just drive around sometimes in the convertibles, sometimes in the Harley, sometimes in his truck, but then we also like to cuddle and stuff at home too. So we like both of it. Best of both worlds.
both are for sure relaxing. like i don't know. i do like the long drives. but then it's like i do really like the cuddle too. so i don't know. well so in california... oh my god traffic is so terrible but like when it's nighttime and there's no traffic, i guess it's dark but it's just like uh No, not a lot of road rage because Lord and mercy, but yeah.
Well, okay, I've never lived in California. I lived in the Seattle Tacoma Lakewood area of Washington, so I'm very familiar with the I5 corridor and it sucks. But yeah, the nighttime stuff is super fun. And I don't know if y'all have country roads. I mean, I remember driving through California and we went through wine country and it was gorgeous.
I would prefer to just stay home because I hate road trips, I hate driving so unless he's driving then I'm damn let's go wherever you want to go but if he want to switch nah we ain't going we're We gonna stay right here at home, you know?
I feel it, I feel it. Okay, so definitely passenger princess. I feel that can't wait to be that because, oof, I'm tired of driving sometimes. I hate driving out here, but like I like when when the roads are open, you know? But yeah, no, I feel you. I feel you.
Oh, shes, this is a hard question. Okay, cause I like both. Oh, shit, I'm gonna do a road trip because I'm gonna just cuddle up while you're driving. I'd be hugging her arm, I'd be grabbing her arm over I'm just laying on it like it's her little body.
I am such a big fan of road trips. Like I think it's one of the best ways to travel. It's so fun, but I don't have a car at the moment. So that's a bit of a bummer. But I do think for me personally, like I'd want a couple of days or like a few weeks to do a road trip. For the weekend, some a bit more chill because I want to more so relax. I could do like a weekend road trip as well, but I'd rather do it like when I have time off kind of.
But I think like in general just having that balance of like chilling watching movies when I feel like it and doing road trips and stuff when we're exploring in general when I feel like doing that and I feel like my partner is kind of much aligned with that as well which is nice so yeah kind having that balance I'd say.
Yes, yes, I love road trips. I think it's fun. It's like an adventure You know and you get to see different parts of the world or the country here and you know, so for sure and I agree Some hot it weekends are a bad time to do it but It is definitely a time where it's like a little more relaxing. I work on the weekend. So So I wouldn't be able to unless I took the days off.
I also hear you too where, you know, having that balance of like, okay, yeah, let's cuddle or road trip, let's be a little bit adventurous. Let's, you know, switch it up a little bit. I think that's so important. Because you don't want to get too, like, yes, obviously you want to be comfortable, but you don't want to be too comfortable to the point where it's like boring or like, stand still. You know what I mean?
Yeah, I think it's such a great way to like actually explore and see so many other things that if you're like flying or taking a train you might not see them and like you can stop anywhere and just like do whatever you want if you see something cool you can pull over that sort of stuff so yeah I definitely love it and yeah I know for sure I think allowing to have more time to do it will be more relaxing and like more enjoyable for sure.
Yeah, no, definitely. I think that there is there could be a point where you like too comfortable It depends on how you are as a person, I guess but for me, I definitely want that sort of balance and I Think that like when you add a bit of adventure Every now and then into your life and with your partner It's just gonna naturally be like fun in their relationship and don't get me wrong you could still be fun without it and just being at home being comfortable.
But it's like you're actually gonna make like very nice memories and like do things together that you're gonna remember Probably for the rest of your life Whereas like if you're home watching a TV show or like a movie It will be cozy for sure and comfortable But I doubt that you will like remember it in like 70 years time or something But yeah.
You hit it on the jackpot with your last one too where it's like it's a lot of it, a lot of relationships, life, living is really about creating those memories that we will never get again. As much as we try to, what is it, duplicate it, it's not gonna have that same feeling, that same moment, you know, and so I think that's really big. But it also is still good to for sure have a balance.
Yes! Girl trips are really fun. It's good to just get away from your spouse and to be with the girls. you know, yes, absolutely, and creates a lot of memories, you know?
We definitely like to do both. We like to go out a lot in general. But we also like to stay home and just veg out. And road trips are fun. We always have a good time in the car. are listening to good music and have good conversation and laps and stuff.
I definitely agree with the good conversations and you know listening to some music jamming out I feel you I feel like it also you know creates that like love that bond that level of intimacy too. So yeah.
