Don't mind my sick voice, but do you enjoy spending time in nature? How does it make you feel? I personally think that nature is everything. It is us and it is like the source of where we come from. So I believe that we should spend a lot of time in nature. Yeah
Yeah, I love Mamagaya. Literally a mother archetype in my life for real. That and Yamaya, oh my gosh, they have taught me more about being a mother than the mothers on this planet. With that being said, being outside of nature just feels like it's just so much nurturing, so much love, so much peace and healing. And I can feel my equilibrium being thrown off when I'm not out in nature.
I really don't feel like humans were meant to be the workforce corporate slaves as we are made today to be or just expected to perform exponentially 24-7 all the time, you know? So when we're disconnected from nature, we're disconnected from our own nature within.
Yeah, we weren't born to be machines, so I know personally when I'm feeling mad on grounded, super lost, need clarity, need peace, need to just be in my presence, in myself, to just get back to me. Nature is literally my favorite medicine. I'm actually way overdue for a camping trip. I'll tell you what.
Yes I definitely do makes me feel so much better when I just spend time in the sun in my backyard but it's hard because it's not warm all year around here in the United States so at least in the East Coast we have four seasons so fortunately I can't be sitting outside all the time but if it was up to me it was summer all the time here and I would be outside majority of the time
Yes, I love being in nature. I think my favorite environment in nature to be in is being by the water. So beachside, anything that has water, I just feel so much calmer. and also taking hikes in the forest or hikes like around lakes and things like that. Anything to do with water to be honest is always something that I absolutely love and enjoy.
I personally agree like nature is just full-on well-being and it's finest, it's presence, it's just life as a whole. I feel like you know spending like over ten hours on the screen is just really bad.
