Do you enjoy weightlifting? I feel like there's so many different ways we could move our body and I feel like I love them all and weightlifting is one that I really love so I'm just wondering if you enjoy weightlifting.
I love weightlifting. I think it's super fun. I'm not lifting like heavy, heavy weights, but I still see an improvement with my overall body and health and mind. I guess just gaining strength and making you stronger and more fitter in the end.
Yes, I definitely love weightlifting and strength training. Way more than cardio. I don't know, I was just never a cardio person. I would never run the mile in high school, elementary school. But somehow I love weights. So, it works out.
Yes I love weightlifting I don't do it super often but like I have my own weights at home and I do use them pretty much every time I do a work out at home but I definitely want to get into a gym and start working with weights and maybe get like a training session with somebody who's knows what they're doing there they can teach me
Yeah, like on some days, like I do maybe 1200 for reps on bench and then like squad, I just like on days where I'm XL, I do maybe 5000. Yeah, this is crazy.
Yeah probably enjoy weightlifting as an athlete do I need to try and focus a bit more like playing matches and functional training by really really enjoy with trainers were the moment I'm gonna look in a bit of a conflict with myself a voracity gnostic to the weight training as I enjoy or can I just get my head down and focus on the players and functional stuff

I do really enjoy it. I have enjoyed it for the last several years, but Health shit gets in the way for me a lot And that can be really discouraging for weightlifting because it's like you really want to have That energy to do weightlifting you know to really like jump into it and like attack that shit But you know when it's just like you are When cut health shit you're feeling weak or you're feeling tired It just you really go into it like all this is this is miserable. So it just kind of depends for me but overall I enjoy it, yeah.
Yeah, I love weightlifting. It's super fun. Honestly, you see improvements in your strength, your body and your health. Overall, it makes you feel good about yourself that you accomplished something in terms of light weightlifting. As you go, the more weights you do, the more better you get.
Weightlifting is okay. I enjoy cardio a bit more than weightlifting more because of like the prolonged mental battle that I have with myself for example if I'm running I'm tired and I need to quit but then like when you push past that it's more rewarding for me mentally it's more gratifying. Weightlifting is pretty simple but I say my favorite weightlifting exercise is probably that less. What be yours?
