So my mental health has really not been doing the best and I've been not even like wanting to pump and like not producing enough milk for my daughter. I have a decent freezer stash which is great but like I'm stuck between just like having no motivation to do anything but like mad at myself that I'm not doing anything. So I will be talking to my therapist about it this weekend but this week but I just figure out check in and let you know like I know you don't feel like you're doing enough but I promise you are. and it's just your brain trying to mess with you. So you will get through it, you're an amazing mama. Just keep pushing along.
I am sorry you're going through that rough time mama if you ever need anything I'm here you can always DM me on here and thank you for those nice encouraging words
Oh Alicia I'm sorry you're feeling that way and you probably don't want advice because I know when I'm feeling that way I don't really want anyone to tell me what to do but literally when I was really met with postpartum walks outside in the sunshine
Thank you, I really appreciate it. And yes, I definitely think that going outside and walking around or like being outside in the sun in general helps a lot with my mood. So whenever it's nice here in Ohio. I try to go out but we're still like in this weird funk.
I get in these kind of funks all the time but it's completely normal. I think talking to your therapist is a great option. It's really nice to be able to have a therapist to talk about and get some things off your chest so definitely a great option.
I was the same way when I was breastfeeding both of my girls. It is the most draining thing in the world to breastfeed and a lot of people don't understand that. so I give you credit for even doing that. you accomplished so much.
