Probably my Apple Watch I got too used to like tracking my workouts with it and if I were to like go and work out without my watch and have it logged I'd feel I wouldn't like that.
Definitely my headphones. I cannot vibe with the music the gym plays and there's been a time or two where I've actually left them at home and I have gotten in the car and turned around and went back and came right back to the gym. Thanks happen.
