See I noticed that happened to me so many times so every three months for me I like to change my routine completely and the different split or even sometimes take a break of June and maybe go to select calisthenics go work out somewhere else to change the scenery keep refreshing as long as you're still looking after yourself and work in an office or are we gonna swing
I'd say for this, no, just try change your heart, right? Like, for one week, if you're doing the same workout for whether muscle group the next week, if you're doing the same muscle group just perhaps do different workouts instead.
I'm honestly just kind of focusing on going higher and weight Kanas a challenge to myself keeps my routine interesting and then adding different variations in like tempo and that kind of thing

Yeah man, I mean I would say try completely different things like as opposed to weightlifting, maybe do some cardio, some swimming, like do one week of that and then the week after jump back on the weights, you know, just to give that little refresher feeling, I would say. Yeah man, you can go for runs, hiking, just other things and keep yourself in motion.
I am I don't know I don't know people Cabover their routine but I guess you can always switch it up I never got above my routine I've been doing it since 2013
