When you are stressed out do you think that it affects your physical health yes I know that it affects mental health but does it affect your physical health like do you eat a lot of unhealthy foods do you not eat do you break out like and have bad acne or whatever all the different things if I mean does it affect you physically I guess is the main question I'm just really curious It's a bad habit but sometimes whenever I'm stressed I will go towards a cookie just because I don't know that just kind of helps I guess
yeah for sure I think in the past couple years when I'm super stressed I'll notice my hair falls out more which is like very scary because then I get stressed out that it's falling out and then it's like a cycle of like hair loss but I've been trying to be better with managing it so hopefully it changes or doesn't stay as bad.
I would say yes I feel like when I'm stressed out it's a time to get really bad like tension headaches and I'm also very stubborn I don't like to take medication for anything unless I absolutely have to so I will mostly time does cycle power through it but I am so I get headaches or if I'm eating like crap I still start to break out of my face as well so I definitely do think it does affect me physically as well
