Whenever I am feeling unmotivated to exercise or work out I always tell myself you know when you're done you're going to feel amazing afterwards because just you know because you have endorphins after you work out and so they just put you in a really good mood afterwards and they make you feel like you can take on anything since you move your body and that's what I tell myself on the days that I do not want to work out I tell myself it's gonna be worth it you're gonna feel great afterwards and it's gonna be 100% worth it
I think something that is helpful is picking the time of day that you feel best working out. Some people feel more motivated in the morning, some feel more motivated in the evening, sometimes just in the middle of the day. So I think finding that timeframe is a good starting point.
Oh my goodness I definitely have to get the motivation to start working out I haven't worked out really in a long time on my daughters diamonds all these to play soccer like I miss doing all the stuff but I found myself like walking more so I really like walking and getting like outside so I guess it's just like what motivates the most Try to kind of incorporate it into something so because I like being outside you know the walking
I used to work out a lot and I need to get back into that. But usually if I have to do cleaning around the house or full laundry or something, to get me motivated to do it, if I especially don't feel like doing anything, I'll just put some like upbeat music on and try and dance for a little bit and that will get me going.
