All right so yesterday was rough day I had a migraine it was terrible and it did go away and I just felt like but the rest of the day it was terrible and so I was kind of recovering and then this morning today I was still recovering like I just felt really tired and blah and I read up on my green some more did some more research and so I decided I was just gonna go ahead and do a light workout and I was feeling so bad before I worked out and so I did I did only a 10 minute cycling ride on my peloton did a couple of like some ab work 10 minutes and then I did some yoga afterwards and I am so glad that I did that because it just turned my whole day around like I just felt so much better physically and mentally as well but it was crazy because I was feeling absolutely terrible before him and it was like a light workout but I just felt so much better
