I really great way to protect your skin from free radical damage from environmental stressors is to use an oil soluble vitamin C either in a face balm or a face oil so I have used a really good facepalm that has oil soluble vitamin C because it's a lot more stable and so if you use a vitamin see underneath your sunscreen throughout the day then that's going to give your skin a lot more protection from UV and do some damage externally so using a water-based vitamin C it's not that it's necessarily bad but it's really difficult to find ones that are stable that don't oxidize and the ones that are tend to be very pricey and I know that skin care is worth the investment but if you're looking for some thing that's middle range or isn't as expensive A really nice one that I recommend would be glory scent brightening bomb it's such a beautiful beautiful product I'm in it also has a natural retinol alternative so again it's from glory sent and it's called behold brightening balm it's like literally using sunshine in a jar and I use that in nighttime and I also pair that with my sunscreen my mineral based sunscreen in the daytime and it just works beautifully and other vitamin C's that I have used to sock state really quickly but oil base vitamin C is the way to go
I use vitamin C in my makeup, some of my products have that in it. I take it as a vitamin or I sometimes use it in a serum like a pure vitamin C serum has a lot of benefits. So you do have to be careful if you're out in the sun, wear your sunscreen.
Oh my goodness, yes, this is so true. And actually, there's a product by Summer Fridays where they sell something with vitamin C in it. And it's on my wish list, so I'm hoping to get it next. But I really love how you're spreading awareness about this because not enough people know. So, appreciate it.
