How often do you guys weigh yourself? I feel like weighing yourself is a touchy subject because it can be very detrimental to your determination and motivation especially when you're not seeing your results. But I'll weigh myself maybe every two weeks, three weeks because I feel like the more I weigh myself if I'm not hitting the goals I want to I've started to lose motivation or just kind of feeling that mindset of I can't be bothered is that a Good thing, bad thing. Let me know your opinion on the situation.
Not enough is probably more to that question I think the last time I weighed myself was about a month ago I know people that do it a lot more frequently than that but prior to the last time I weighed myself in the last time I weighed myself before I was like For five months ago so yeah not too often
Mate I can tell you right now the last time I weighed myself was about three months ago right but the time for that was probably last year summer before I went on holiday
